Who We Are
Big Dreams Occupational Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services in South Brisbane, Logan & South Burnett Region. Our focus is on promoting independence, improving well-being, and enhancing the quality of life through personalised therapies.
Our Services

NDIS
Our Occupational Therapy services include personalised therapy sessions, letters of support, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology applications, Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI), home & living applications, and minor home modifications — all designed to build independence and support everyday living.

Medicare
Our Occupational Therapy services are available under Medicare, providing accessible support for individuals with a referral from their GP. We offer therapy sessions tailored to your goals, with a focus on building skills, promoting independence, and enhancing everyday life.

Fee-For-Service
We offer Occupational Therapy on a fee-for-service basis, giving clients the flexibility to access support without needing a referral or funding approval. Services include individual therapy sessions, letters of support, functional assessments, and early intervention
Self-managed
We welcome self-managed clients, offering flexibility and choice in how services are accessed and paid for. Invoices are provided directly so you can manage your own funding with ease.
Plan Managed
We support plan-managed clients by working directly with your plan manager, so you can focus on your goals while we handle the paperwork and billing.
Fee-For-Service
We offer fee-for-service occupational therapy, providing flexible, tailored support to meet your individual needs. Sessions are arranged directly with you, giving you full control over your therapy.
Medicare
We provide occupational therapy sessions under Medicare. Please note that any gap between the Medicare rebate and our fees will be the responsibility of the client.
